Services that teach pets to walk, stand, eat and sleep properly

In addition to the basic response to care regimes, barns, pet dog breeders also spend tens of millions for them to go to school in professional training centers.

Mr. Ha Dat Hao, deputy director of the sniffing dog training center in Gia Lam, Hanoi, said that the center currently has more than 100 “trainees” of the breeds of Pug, Japanese, Pit Bull, and baby. .. In addition, the rare varieties such as Tibetan clam, Lowchen, which costs up to tens of thousands of dollars, are also allowed to “study” by the owner.

According to Mr. Hao, each dog training course lasts about 3 months. The cost for a course ranges from 10-12 million VND including teaching, vaccines, worm medicine and food during training, depending on age and breed. Accordingly, each “trainee” will receive professional training from basic to advanced. Normally, dogs about 8-9 months old are suitable for training, without worrying about forgetting the face.

“According to the special curriculum, the first month, the dog will learn the skills of standing, sitting, crawling, … according to voice commands and disciplines of living such as eating, sleeping, going to the toilet, … From May Monday, 3, they have to learn how to keep the house, protect the owner “, Mr. Hao said.

A day of “trainees” will start at 5:30, ending at 6pm (2 hours break at noon). Each “in class” session, a coach will be in charge of 3-4 dogs. Each lesson lasts 60 minutes.

As a rule, customers must visit their dog once every 10 days for the coach to hand over the voice tag. This also makes the owner closer to them.

Working at this center for more than 20 years, Mr. Hao said that at first, guests sent pets to purebred hunting dogs. But in recent years, tastes have changed, dogs have sent mainly as ornamental. Therefore, the curriculum must also change continuously.

Mr. Lo Van Luyen, with 10 years of experience in the profession, said that each breed and each dog has a different characteristic. For example, smart baby, learns very quickly but is not friendly. The Clam Dog is stubborn, slow to understand, fierce but absolutely loyal. Like Phu Quoc is extremely difficult to tell, playful and if not persistent, taught in a forced way, they are ready to betray.

Therefore, the care regime and the way to get acquainted and trained are also different. However, just like a child, any breed of dog loves playfulness and comfort. Therefore, the coach must be soft but within the framework.

“Training a dog professionally is like teaching a baby. When they reach ‘boarding’ it is difficult to get close to. Teachers take more than 2 weeks to befriend by walking them, feeding, playing even is talking often “, coach Pham Cong Thuc (23 years old) said.

According to Thuc, a great difficulty of training is meeting dogs that are slow to understand. Usually, these problems come from genetic resources or poor conditions. For these special cases, the “teachers” are forced to teach overtime in the evening or early morning, and even take advantage of the lunch break.

However, the teachers said, they also had special impressions with the excellent, easy-going and intelligent “students”. “Especially for those who are new to the profession, the feeling of attachment and love for a dear student when they ‘graduate’ is inevitable,” said Thuc.

Only 3 weeks old but Labrador (5 months old) dog of Mr. Tran Van Quang (Gia Lam, Hanoi) can bark, stand, sit and crawl according to the command. Mr. Quang said that Bu (dog’s name) at home is often pampered to eat delicious food, does not go to the toilet in the right place and especially does not bark when he sees strangers. He sent them to school to be refined, easier to take care of.
